There’s no support queue here, and no script. We’re a team of three — Jane, Mary Jo, and Susan — and a real person reads every message that comes in. Being genuinely reachable is one of the few things a small company can offer that a big one can’t, and we’d rather lean into it than hide behind a form nobody answers.

How to reach us

Questions for any of us — Jane, Mary Jo, or Susan — go to jane@cleanwaterladies.com. Jane reads every message and makes sure it lands with whichever of us can answer it best, so you never have to guess who handles what. Ask about your water, a test result you don’t understand, or a filter you’re eyeing — whatever it is, it’ll reach the right person.

We’re a small team doing this ourselves, so give us a little time to reply — but you will get a reply, from an actual human who knows the subject.

When the honest answer is “ask the manufacturer”

Sometimes the best answer to a question isn’t us — it’s the technical line of whoever made your system or filter. When that’s the case, we’ll say so plainly and point you straight to them, rather than guess our way through it. We’d rather send you to the right expert than pretend to be one.
